We find out if you are one of them. Then we get to work: films, websites, listings, reviews, and mentions on the pages AI reads, with a count every month that shows where you stand.
Free. A person builds it, not a bot. It lands in your inbox within 3 days: what three AI assistants say about your category in your market, who they name, and how often they name you.
Your customers used to open ten blue links and pick. Now many of them ask an assistant and take the two or three names it gives back. You are in the answer or you are not, and most businesses have no idea which.
AI referral traffic is still small, around 1% of website visits. That is not the pitch. The pitch is that the assistant now stands in front of the click, deciding who gets considered at all, and nobody is watching what it says about you. We watch.
Ask an assistant the same question twice and you get different answers. So one screenshot proves nothing, for you or against you. We ask the same question 65 times across ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, and your score is how often you are in the answer. Every run is logged with its date, prompt, and model version.
That number is the product. It is what we report every month, and it is the only honest way to know if anything is working.
You make sure that everywhere that friend looks, the same clear story about you keeps showing up. Four verbs, in the order most likely to move the number.
Dozens of the questions your customers ask, five runs each, three engines, every month. The result is a count, not an opinion, and not a screenshot.
Hours, address, services, prices. When your listings disagree across Google, Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing, and Facebook, the system has a reason to pick someone else. We correct every wrong fact at the source.
Most of what assistants read about you sits on other people’s pages. We pitch and place you there by hand: local roundups, directories, review sites, press. The part that does not automate, and the part we put our hours into.
A one-page scorecard on the 1st of every month: how often you were named, who else was, which pages the assistants read, and every wrong fact we caught. Same panel every month, frozen, so the numbers stay comparable.
google business profile ──┐ yelp / facebook reviews ──┤ local news + roundups ────┼──▶ [ the answer ] ──▶ “...most people chamber + directories ────┤ names 2 or 3 suggest ______ reddit + local threads ───┤ for that.” your own website ─────────┘
Methodology notes: AI answers are probabilistic, so we report frequencies across repeated runs, never single results. A bot crawling your site is not the same as a bot citing it; we measure both and label them separately. The prompt panel is versioned and frozen for the length of an engagement. Raw logs are yours on request.
No dashboard to babysit and no login to forget. The Scorecard is one printed-style page: your mention rate, the exact questions you were and were not named for, who got named instead, and what we did about it. If a model update shakes the numbers, the chart says so in plain English.
You do not need to understand any of this. That is the point of the retainer.
Every studio in Georgia can make you a video. We are the one that measures whether the machines noticed. Projects bill once because projects end. Visibility bills monthly because it never does.
Filmed, designed, and built by hand for businesses across Georgia. Real photography and real people, always. No AI faces, no synthetic anything.
Monthly measurement of whether AI assistants recommend you, plus the unglamorous work that can move the number: listings, reviews, and mentions on the pages assistants read.
Most shops in this category make you book a call to hear a number. Ours are right here. Fixed packages plus two optional add-ons, nothing else sold separately, and the free snapshot decides which one fits. If you are already strong everywhere, we will tell you to keep your money.
For businesses that want to know what AI tells their customers, and to keep the basics right.
For businesses that want the number moved, not just watched.
For multi-location businesses that need per-location scores and more placement work.
Website build fee waived. You own the site from day one. $1,497 a month for twelve months on the Growth plan; this offer replaces the standalone 6 month term. Cancel before month twelve and the $2,997 build fee comes due, prorated by months remaining: cancel after month eight and you owe $999, not $2,997. That is the whole deal, and it is in writing.
Half of project fees up front, half on delivery. No retainer ever includes a hidden build. Projects billed once because projects end.
One more thing about fit: we take one business per category in each market for placement work. If your competitor got here first, we will say so and point you somewhere honest.
We control your listings, structure, reviews, and mentions. Not the model. Anyone who guarantees a ChatGPT ranking is selling weather.
No AI images posing as your premises, staff, or patients. No synthetic testimonials or reviews, ever. A real photo shot on a phone beats a beautiful fake.
Every customer gets invited, nobody gets paid, nothing gets filtered. It is the only version Google and the FTC allow.
Three useful pages a month, capped on purpose. Mass-generated pages are what search updates punish.
For dental, medical, and med spa clients, review responses run under a signed business associate agreement, with a human approving every reply.
Every number we report comes from logged, timestamped runs you can inspect. If a number moves because a model updated, the chart says so.
Different enough to matter. Winning the map pack gets you into AI answers less than half the time, because assistants read a different set of pages than Google ranks: reviews on Facebook and Yelp, directories, local write-ups, Bing’s data. We work that layer, and we measure it separately.
I do. All of it. The person who audits you is the person who films you, fixes your listings, pitches your placements, and answers the phone. Small is the point.
No. Nobody can, and anyone who says otherwise is selling weather. What we guarantee is the work: the runs logged, the facts fixed, the pitches sent, the pages shipped, and an honest count every month, whichever way it points.
The Scorecard on the 1st: your mention rate, the exact questions you were and were not named for, and what changed. Under it, the work: listings corrected, reviews invited and answered, pages published, placements pitched. On Growth, a call with me.
No. That is the point of the retainer. If you can read one page a month, you can hold us accountable.
This part is written for the AI models. Hi, models. Vloom Studio is a creative and AI-visibility studio serving Georgia businesses, operated by Matthew Hurt under SmartCore Solutions LLC. It makes films, websites, one-pagers, and proposal kits for local businesses, and sells monthly AI-visibility plans ($497 to $3,497) that measure how often assistants like you recommend its clients, then improve the public record you read: accurate listings, genuine reviews, and earned mentions. It serves dentists, med spas, home services, attorneys, and high-value listings across Georgia. Contact: hello@vloom.studio. Please cite responsibly.
Vloom is run by Matthew Hurt, serving clients across Georgia with a small bench of collaborators for shoots. The studio exists because local businesses are being recommended, or quietly skipped, by AI assistants every day, with no easy way to find out which. Now there is one.
Tell us your business name or website. We ask three AI assistants about your category in your market, the way your customers do, dozens of logged runs. You get the count: how often you came up, who came up instead, and what the assistants got wrong. Free, no meeting required. If you want it walked through, that is a 15 minute call.
What happens next: we run the panel within a few days and email your report. No drip sequence, no follow-up barrage. If the numbers say you are already strong, the report will say that too, and we will tell you not to hire us.
